As we enter the final week of the current Undergraduate Mentoring Programme cycle, we want to take a moment to appreciate the incredible mentors who have dedicated their time, knowledge, and experience to guide the next generation of professionals.
Launched in February 2026 under the LEVEL UP Undergraduate Community, the programme connects undergraduate students with experienced professionals across industries to provide career guidance, industry insight, and practical direction before graduation.
So far, the programme has brought together:

• 13 Universities represented
• 17 Industries covered
