Subject: Update on Recent Reshuffling, Leadership Changes, and New Operational Policies at Tom Media

Dear Tom Media Viewers,

We are pleased to update you on recent developments within Tom Media as we continue to improve our service across all channels: Tom TV PTI, Tom TV FUPRE, and PTDF Trenches TV. This reshuffling aims to enhance our production quality, streamline operations, and support our team for an even stronger media presence.

As part of this transition, we have introduced a 2-3 TV Handlers/Operators Policy across all channels. Under this new policy, each station will now be operated by a team of 2-3 handlers, allowing us to distribute workloads more effectively and ensure consistent, high-quality content.

Additionally, we have made significant updates to our internal leadership structure, including changes to the Office of the Vice/Interim President, to strengthen the guidance and support for our growing team.

We expect these changes to be fully in place by the weekend, with minor adjustments as we finalize this reshuffling process. Your understanding and support during this time of positive change are greatly appreciated, and we are excited to bring you improved content and new initiatives in the coming weeks.
