TAKE A BREAK
Just sit down and take a break.
Breaks are much needed. In life and also in your workout routine. Don’t go crazy working out 8x times a week! Your body needs rest. Your muscles needs rest, your mind needs rest. In this crazy times we are often confronted with the need to keep ourselfs busy to do not go crazy. What if i tell you DON’T!!!! Do things that makes you happy and brings you joy. And if that means do nothing then DO NOTHING! Breathe. And take a break from people, situations and things that only take your energy and effort away. Breathe and take a break.
