Course 1: Fruita Analogica - bonita applebaum. This sparkling orange wine has aromas of citrus, ripe melon and parsley🍋🌱
Course 2: Daniele Portinari - Garaganega. The white/orange mix from Veneto, Italy has notes of peppery zest, ripe stonefruit and persimmom 🧂🧡
Main: Vignerons d’Estezar - Les Oliviers. A red that is medium-bodied, juicy, with aromas of riped red fruit, soft tannins and fresh acidity 🍓🍒
Dessert 1: Stephane Rocher - Strawberry Fields. Sweet rose with notes of ripe strawberries, violets and a mild spice 🍓💜
Dessert 2: ota Shuzo - Dokan Daiginjo.
Expressive and fruit-forward unfiltered and undiluted sake has notes of ripe melon and fennel 🍶🍈
