Meet Chef Braam Beyers 🌍

Braam’s been cooking professionally for eight years, working his way up in Cape Town before moving to San Francisco for a 3-Michelin-star kitchen. Now he’s back in South Africa.

He’s always done private dining on the side, and that’s where he realized what he actually loves: cooking for people in a way that feels personal.

After years in Cape Town, New York, London, and France, he’s bringing it all into private settings with fusion flavors, global techniques, and dishes that reflect everywhere he’s been.
