How do we move from performative inclusion to real intersectional change in the workplace? Join us on Thursday, 21 May 2026, for the launch of the Workplace Pride Q***r People of Colour (QPOC) Vision Paper at Erasmus University College in Rotterdam.
Developed through a collaboration between Erasmus University researchers and Workplace Pride members, the paper explores the lived experiences, challenges, strengths, and perspectives of QPOC professionals in the workplace.
We are also honoured to welcome keynote speaker Shari Jae Ebere.
Born in Biafra, Nigeria, and brought to the Netherlands as a refugee during the civil war, Shari brings a powerful perspective shaped by her experiences as a transgender woman of colour, disability advocate, workplace resilience trainer, and Chair of Trans United Europe.
The event will explore:
âĸ Leadership representation
âĸ Community and belonging
âĸ Inclusive policy design
âĸ What organisations can do to create meaningful intersectional inclusion
This launch is an opportunity to connect, learn, reflect, and contribute to shaping workplaces where inclusion becomes reality. This event is open to everyone. You do not need to identify as QPOC to attend â allies are warmly welcome.
