Lighthouse
A large distribution center of approximately 27,000 square meters is being built at Business Park Krabbegors in Dordrecht. The construction of 'Lighthouse', located near the intersection of the Dordtsche Kil and Oude Maas rivers, will start in the second quarter of this year and will be commissioned by Borghese Logistics.

Villa Wolterinck
Amstel Eiland offers the possibility of making your dream house a reality. Thirteen unique, gasless plots are available for building high-end watervilla's ranging from 1035m2 to 1825m2. For the development, Amstel Eiland offers the model to collaborate with several architectural firms.

Hidden in the tranquility of the polder and close to Amstelveen you can find Amstel Eiland. Amstel Eiland is a private island that is only accessible to residents and invited guests.
