After 18 months, our Skill Vista project is coming to an end, and we are happy to invite you to our online conference.

The Visual Methodology Mastery Kit for Soft Skills is a practical toolkit designed to help educators teach essential soft skills to vulnerable adult learners through visual tools. It includes modules on communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and more, delivered through infographics, mind maps, templates, and interactive visuals that make learning accessible, engaging, and easy to apply in real-life situations.

Our online platform also offers tests, challenges, and interactive quizzes in Dutch, English, Croatian, and Estonian.

Social norms are easier when you name them.

2. Ask what’s actually expected.
3. Decide if it works for you.
4. Say how you prefer to do things.

Most norms lose their power once you talk about them.

Learning is not just a cognitive process, it’s deeply emotional.
Frustration, curiosity, confidence, confusion… they all shape how we absorb, retain, and apply knowledge.

Understanding how you feel while learning is the first step to learning better.

After less than 1 year of work (but intensive one!) yesterday we publicly launched the Emotional Finance Educational Toolkit for teachers, coaches, counsellors and social workers interested in enhancing youth financial wellbeing through increased emotional intelligence and social media literacy.
Thank you for all the cooperation and insights of our partners Saffex and UIF - Universal Interaction Foundation in the development and piloting of this Toolkit.
Also many thanks for the support of MCAST - Malta College of Arts, Science & Technology and MeDirect Bank Malta to the organization of yesterday's hybrid event attended by over 80 participants from Malta, Italy, Netherlands, Greece, Slovakia, Latvia, Spain, Finland, Uzbekistan, etc.

In an era where the demand for soft skills such as communication, problem-solving, and adaptability is ever-growing, one group often overlooked in this developmental journey is vulnerable adult learners. This group, which may face various socio-economic, psychological, or educational challenges, requires more than traditional teaching methods to develop essential skills for the modern workforce. This is where the SKILLVISTA project comes in.
