Mexican Cooking

Dear all,

First of all I want to apologise for not being in touch with you for a while, I have been in Mexico for a few months in due to my father's illness and thank god he is feeling better now, still fighting with the last battle of cancer but improving gradually.

Whilst I was in Mexico I took the opportunity of studying a Master Tequilier Diploma to become an expert on Tequila processes and procedures, also to become an expert of Tequila taster so I am looking forward to teach and pass the knowledge on how to taste and enjoy our identity drink in a way that you never tasted before.

We will be organising Tequila - Pairing events soon, keep in touch :) and thanks for your patience :) :)

This week we will be opening Thursday and Friday from 5pm to 10pm and Saturday from 12pm to 10pm. Come and enjoy our delicious Mexican Tacos :)
