For all you Cropboxers and curious minds out there in Amsterdam, we're collaborating tomorrow with Yua Onigiri!

Onigiri is the Japanese sandwich, and it is everywhere on the streets of Japan, it’s even homemade by mothers for their children’s lunch boxes. Onigiri is a triangularly shaped rice ball, wrapped with nori seaweed, and has endless possibilities for fillings. Yua is the food initiative of Judith Fennis and Noël Billet who will be in the kitchen with us making it happen!

A volcano of noodles made from poodles, with bright pink tadpoles and a giant plum (not peach) perched on top. A crusty h**p seed coated snozzpear filled with onion toe jam, squashing the roasted fennel beneath. Slimey spice mushrooms planted in green savoury muck, trippy lolly beetroot and crunchy carrots with a hint of garden hose, human bean milk dressing 😂
