Really sad news about closing soon. I’ve been playing there since the very beginning in 2011 and have so many great memories. We started our monthly ‘Strictly Techno’ nights right at the club’s launch. I still remember how excited I was that Rotterdam finally had a proper underground club again, following our Waterfront and Nighttown days. Since then, I’ve hosted many Strictly Techno and Mord nights at Perron, played and endless amount of sets and can only say I’m deeply grateful to have been part of the club’s history. It’s a shame the new generation seems to be drifting away from underground club culture. I truly hope this is only temporary and that we’ll see a flourishing techno scene in the city again soon...Thanks Perron, for all the support and memories over the years!
