The mastermind behind the EVOLEON project is Carlos Abelha from Portugal. 🇵🇹 Born in 1988, Carlos started his musical journey at a young age, influenced by 90's Hip-Hop and old school hits from the 80's and 90's. From 2004 to 2010, he was deeply involved in producing and mixing Hip-Hop tracks.

After attending his first PsyTrance festival, Carlos's musical direction took a sharp turn. By 2010/2011, he was fully immersed in the world of electronic music, producing and mixing Full-on PsyTrance and GoaTrance. By 2012, EVOLEON was lighting up Portuguese dancefloors with his unique sound.

Over the years, Carlos evolved into a versatile DJ, and by 2014, the EVOLEON project shifted its focus to mixing DARKPSY and HI-TECH, infused with random influences. His sets are an electrifying blend of melodic and energizing sounds, creating an authentic energy that’s intensely focused on releases from his label, Hipnotic Tribe Records, where he also serves as the label manager.
