Eben Sadie is considered one of the pioneers of South African viticulture. Thanks to his insight, it can be said that the Swartland region came into a completely new light. It was Eben who discovered the older vineyards here and created his famous Columella. What makes this region special is that many old vines can still be found here. The soil is rich in granite, slate, and sandstone. Taste this marvelous wine at Novaela!
