They came. They learned. They graduated. 🎓

Our three interns, Noah, Cindy and Evin, all completed their final assignments and graduated. What an achievement!

It's been great having them as part of the EZ Factory team. We wish them all the best for what's next, but first, a well-deserved holiday.

Meet our hero, Sander Gerrits!

Sander joined EZ Factory on March 1, 2026 as a Business Developer. He brings a sharp eye for the challenges on the production floor and a genuine drive to help manufacturing facilities move forward.

We asked Sander a few questions:

The moment of real connection with a prospect. I love listening carefully to what's actually happening on the floor and then discovering together how EZ Factory's solutions can remove those pain points. That click, when someone sees the value, is what drives me.
