🎓✨ Yesterday, we hosted the in-person P-NUT PhD Career Café at the Grand Café of the University of Twente.
This event connected current PhD candidates with UT alumni, who generously shared their career journeys and offered insights into life after the PhD—whether in academia or industry.
🏢🔬 With around 43 participants, it was an afternoon full of inspiration, valuable advice and engaging conversations!

*Learn more about your rights*
Would you like to learn more about your rights and obligations as a doctoral candidate and employee of the UT? Then join us on Tuesday 15th October at 14.30 for the Know Your Rights Session which P-NUT is organizing together with the Dutch PhD Network (PNN).
We will have informative workshops on your labor rights, both for candidates directly employed at the UT as well as for external and scholarship candidates. Further, a representative from the AOb will be present, as well as the UT Ombus Officer, confidential advisor, and more. Of course, there will also be plenty of time for you to ask your questions.

Would you like to learn more about ADHD, Autism, and dyslexia? Or about related brain specialties, like people with endless creativity or no feeling for emotions? Do you have ideas about how the UT can be more welcoming for people with all kinds of quirks and behaviors? Then join us for “Minds of All Kinds,” a co-creation brainstorming event on neurodiversity at the University of Twente on Thursday, October 17th, from 16:00 to 19:00. This free, on-site event is open to UT students, staff, and affiliates, featuring keynote speaker Lieutenant-Colonel Marc van der Burgh. He got awarded for his efforts on making the Dutch National Army more neurodiverse-friendly. We’re seeking volunteers to help shape future initiatives on neurodiversity. Dinner is included, and space is limited to 50 participants. Interested?
