Gijs and Sophie, also two participants of this edition of the IEM-Project, are working on a case for the company Nedmag.

According to Gijs and Sophie: ‘For a sustainable future it is important to make the right decisions when choosing energy carriers for production processes. We are looking at the electrification and hydrogen possibilities of the current natural gas-fired processes within Nedmag's production plants.’

The IEM-Project 2020-2021 has already started for a while and the participants of semester 1 are already busy solving their consultancy case. To give you an idea of how this works, we show some examples.

This are Calvin and Rens working on a case for Roelofsen Horse Trucks! According to Rens: ‘As a first step, it is important to map the production process. We are working on this with great enthusiasm! '

The next collaboration that we would like to announce for the IEM-Project edition '20-'21 is with Roelofsen Horse Trucks in Raalte.

Roelofsen creates specialist transport solutions for equestrian sports and racing & rally sports. These tailor-made transport solutions are being developed in Raalte: from basic transport to luxurious multi-horse trucks. In addition, the quality level of the trucks is of paramount importance. The trucks are unique, built with sustainable materials and using the most modern techniques.
