đŸ”Ĩ BBQ Shotgun Shells đŸ”Ĩ

Crispy bacon, juicy filling and melted mozzarella. Perfect BBQ snack from the skillet.

Recipe 👉đŸŧ
* 300 g ground beef
* Parsley
* Viking Rub
* 1 egg
* Grated cheese
* Mozzarella
* Pasta shells (cannelloni)
* Bacon
* BBQ sauce

Mix the ground beef with parsley, egg, grated cheese and Viking Rub.
Fill the shells, place mozzarella in the center and close the sides with the meat.
Wrap with bacon and place in a skillet.

Cook on the BBQ for about 40 minutes at ¹180°C (indirect heat).
Brush with BBQ sauce a few times during the cook.
