My friends,

The International Breathing Federation organizes a one-week program in a member country every year. We stay in a very nice hotel and attend various breathing workshops together all day. In between, there are music, performance nights and different activities. It's a very nice atmosphere of friendship. It is also a very quiet and relaxing week.

Don't think of it as a breathing camp where you feel like you've been hit by a truck every time you go in a workshop. Since the Federation has a horizontal management style, it is a very light, different and cheerful environment. You also meet people from all over the world.

Translation into many languages is definitely happening.

It's also open to children. There are babysitters for the children and they organize activities all day long. Children can also participate in some common activities, such as a dance night. It is a free and permeable environment, your child is not isolated from you all day.

I went to the hotel where we will stay last week. You will see from the photos that it is in a very beautiful city and in beautiful nature. The rooms are very large, modern and luxurious. It is possible to stay for 4 people. There are some logistics details that you can ask me.
