The 2nd 24h race of the year, but 2nd wasn't on our minds.

Trough day and night, sun and rain, hot or cold, broken kart, we pushed hard as a team.

With little to no mistakes we came home as winners. What an incredible feeling for the team to win something after all the hard work.

The first big one, and the first one with our new suits.

If there are about 10 teams who drive on a world champion level, you know it's going to be difficult. Despite that we gave it our all. Put that thing on P4 in quali which was pretty incredible for myself. During the race we showed some improved pace and we definitely put the team on the radar of some others. Experience taken and learning from it.

Thanks to all the friends there for making this an incredible experience and I'd be surprised if I didn't return next year.

Made some mistakes on the starts and quali which impacted the general results of all sprints. But we practiced for the 24 and that was most important for me.

Starting 2025 with a new racing suit

Thank you to Kartskins for providing me with the fastest racing suit available.
UNEM Racing did a much better job with the design than I could imagine!

If you are down, you return home!
After the horrible day at Oldenzaal we find ourselves back in Bilzen. The goal? Podium!
Not the best qualifying because of a strategy mistake, but with 3 hours you can make up some positions. And we did that to come home in 3rd only 16 seconds of 2nd position, and catching. The best feeling to just return home and leave that bad feeling behind.

𝗙𝗞𝗡𝗟 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝟭 𝗢𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗮𝗮𝗹

A Belgian guy joining a Dutch competition, on tracks I haven't driven before. What could go wrong?

1st round of FKNL comes up and we enter blindly. No practice except for the 2 practice heats on race day itself. I felt comfortable after the sessions and knew there was some pace to be in the midfield. The track was wet and rain was coming so every lap was an adjustment.

Race 1 I start in the middle of the pack, T3 and it's a spin and P21. It was a great recovery from myself to finish in P10 and gave me the confidence to push on. Race 2 I find myself P3 after starting P8. Some questionable attacks see me falling back to P5, but having the fastest lap in the race I knew we still had a fighting chance.

As per usual, we need a strong last heat to make the final. Guess what?
POLE POSITION WITH 0.2 seconds clear! Genuinely the 1st time I started on pole and it didn't go well. Remember that T3 from Race 1? We spun it again on the 1st lap and ended up finishing P12, 3 points short at the end of the final. It's a day where I should've been T10, but my own mistakes cost me dearly here.

But Oldenzaal will see you back at the last race of FKNL for some revenge!

We are doing 8 races this month. 8! Insanity! 5 different tracks and 2 different countries. Just come and say hi while we are on this crazy rollercoaster.
