Finding balance
Did you know that rest is essential for muscle growth. Exercise creates microscopic tears in your muscle tissue. But during rest, cells called fibroblasts repair it. This helps the tissue heal and grow, resulting in stronger muscles 💪🏼
So is working out everyday necessary?
Nah!
Especially not when it’s high- intensity or heavy on the joints and muscles.
You can however combine your routine with low- impact workouts, and stretching!
