Join us on July 2nd for the Annual General Assembly of Erasmus Alumni Club at L’Eau Lounge in Rotterdam

This is the moment for our members to come together, reflect on the past year, hear about our plans for the future, and stay involved in the continued development of our alumni community.

The Assembly will take place from 17:00 to 18:30. Afterwards, the evening continues with the Erasmus Alumni Summer BBQ at the same location 🍽️

Please note that the Annual General Assembly is exclusively for members of Erasmus Alumni Club

The Summer BBQ is open to both members and non-members. A separate registration for the BBQ is required.

📚 Looking for an interesting evening at Erasmus University?

On Tuesday 12 May, award-winning Dutch author Rob van Essen will join an interview at the Erasmus Paviljoen about his newest novel De grote schoonmaak.

The evening will explore themes of truth, memory, and the search for meaning through a surreal and captivating story.

🕗 20:00 – 21:15 (walk-in from 19:30)

🎟️ Erasmus Alumni Club members can attend for free (no ticket needed)

After the event, there will be a book signing and book sale.

Please note: alumni do not need a ticket for the event and will not be asked to identify themselves as alumni at the entrance.

On April 8th, the Positive Impact Circle hosted an intimate French cooking workshop in collaboration with the Erasmus Sustainability Hub.

The workshop was fully vegan and led by the Erasmus Sustainability Hub team, who guided us through a hands-on evening exploring how creative and flavourful plant-based French cuisine can be.

Together we prepared and enjoyed a three-course meal, including a fresh salad, savoury quiche and chocolate mousse, all completely plant-based and made from scratch.

It was an evening full of cooking, learning and sharing a great meal together 🍽️

A big thank you to everyone who joined and to the Erasmus Sustainability Hub for the collaboration 🤝

🎨 Arts & Culture Circle Launch at Rotterdam

Last week, we kicked off the Arts & Culture Circle of the Erasmus Alumni Club and what a night it was. Set in the inspiring setting of the Kunsthal in Rotterdam, alumni came together to create, and connect. From making art ourselves to experiencing the private exhibition featuring David Shrigley “What the Hell Was I Thinking” and Stories of rot.zooi, the evening was full of creativity and great conversations. It was amazing to see how art brought everyone together in such a natural way.
