joins our team of facilitators to offer a two-hour workshop designed to reconnect your senses with your body through hands-on bodywork. From there, you’ll be gently invited to explore movement alone or together. The space will be soft, gentle and open for exploration.

This session is all about sinking deeper into trust, letting go of how you think you should move, and experiencing how safe and beautiful physical connection with others can be.

💫 🎫 Find your tickets at the link in our bio! 🎫 💫 We are excited to introduce you to who will facilitate voice release at the upcoming Ecstatic Dance Retreat. Se is a gifted vocal artist and facilitator whose approach to voice work is truly transformative.

In her workshop, we won’t be doing typical voice exercises. Instead, Mirre invites us to use our voice as an instrument to tune our physical and energetic bodies. Through the natural vibration of our own sound, we’ll explore how voice can gently massage us from the inside out, calming the nervous system and helping stuck energy to flow again. It’s a deeply grounding and energizing experience, often leaving you with a sense of spaciousness and clarity.

To close, Mirre guides us into light-hearted vocal improvisations (absolutely no experience or ‘talent’ needed!), a playful and liberating way to arrive in the Singing Circle that follows, with an open voice, heart, and mind.

Mirre studied Latin Voice at Codarts (Rotterdam Conservatory) and has since immersed herself in the Lichtenbergermethod®️, Taoist practices, yoga, and various forms of dance. All these influences merge into the unique way she holds space.

The event begins with a beautiful and connecting Singing Circle, accompanied by Barry. For 16 years Barry has been inseparable from his guitar, and in that time he has developed a deep connection not only with music, but also with sharing it. What once began as a personal expression of his feelings and philosophies, it has grown over the years into a mission to bring people together through their voices.
During the circle, Barry creates a safe and warm space where everyone is encouraged to let their voice be heard, regardless of experience or singing ability. Together we form a “choir of love,” where the collective sounds resonate and amplify the energy of the group. Singing opens hearts and brings us into a state of deep connection with ourselves and those around us.
