Everything is handmade and prepared fresh with love: butifarra sandwiches on artisan bread topped with traditional salsa criolla, crispy golden papa rellena made with my mum’s secret recipe, homemade empanadas, soft tres leches cake, and delicate alfajores.

This summer, Misky Mikuy is bringing Perú more than ever to Rotterdam 🇵🇪
I still can’t believe it.

From June 11th to August 2nd, we’ll be part of the .nl pop-up at Fenix Museum, Rotterdam’s brand new museum dedicated to migration and culture.
For me, moving to the Netherlands completely changed my life.
This country welcomed me with open arms, and being able to now share a little piece of Peru here feels incredibly emotional and special ❤️
I’ll be sharing Peruvian empanadas, ceviche, anticuchos, Peruvian sandwiches, desserts, coffee, cacao… and so much more, together with amazing Peruvian entrepreneurs here in the Netherlands.
This project started three years ago making homemade empanadas in my kitchen. And today, we’re bringing a little piece of Peru to an incredible stage 🇵🇪✨
