Oh hey! 💙 I'm alive! Let's catch up on the past couple months:

1) September was kinda weird... I had been deeling off for a while and started questioning whether I wanted to make music at all. Which is strange, since it's always been my thing. I felt very out of balance and a little lost, and I decided to take a little break from creating things. That "little" break became several months and lasted up until now... so many things have changed! I got a new job, started going to therapy and I also found out: I still want to make music. OF COURSE I DO, but I had to adjust my relationship to it. I put a lot of pressure on myself to be "perfect" and to "succeed". And then out of fear of failing to do those things: I freeze. Long story short: I needed to be waaaay easier on myself in order to enjoy what I make. I am still learning that, but I think I'm getting better at it 💙 and I may not be fully up and running yet, but we're getting there!

3) Learned how to crochet while on my little hiatus
4) MADE THIS HAT! LOOK!!
5) Spend some quality time with friends
6) Journaled. A LOT.
7) Hung out with this guy A LOT 💙
8) Went on mental health walks
9) Tempted to IBS gods with my friends
10) Spent time with family
11) Got a lot of love while I wasn't feeling the best
12) More quality time with friends (and took my favourite pic of Denise)
13) Remembered I can draw
14) Petted GOATS
15) Celebrated my 28th birthday with these clowns
16) Attended our 6th Annual Twilight Marathon
17) Went back to medieval times
18) Found my first gray hair on my birthday
19) Got sunglasses
20) Got a Switch 2 (it's mii!)
