👷 Applus+ is seeking a motivated and qualified HR Coordinator to support our Energy & Industry operations in Edmonton, Alberta.

📈 The HR Coordinator works closely with key stakeholders (management and operational management staff) as the main point of contact overseeing onboarding/offboarding activities including processes and procedures and updating all required systems and stakeholders of onboarding and offboarding statuses.

Duties and responsibilities will also include the following:
🔸 Manage applicant tracking system for all operational positions for Canada, including but not limited to opening up requisitions, submitting candidates, updating applicant statuses, following up with applicants on paperwork, assigning disposition reasons, launching offer letters, and following up on outstanding candidate items.
🔸 Manage full onboarding process with operational personnel including assignment of onboarding paperwork, confirming completion status, informing support departments of new hires (Safety, IT, etc.), and ensuring a fast and efficient process to clear new hires to start in the time period as required by Operations.
🔸 Lead, support and standardize onboarding/offboarding activities including internal workflows, document collection, and corporate training to ensure successful company induction/departure of employees.
