Coronavirus (COVID-19) and Q Ship Management's response:

As the world continues to deal with the repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic, Q Ship Management remains committed to ensuring the health and well-being of our staff, clients and especially our crew on board. We keep focusing on our commitments to deliver proper and safe ship management at all times to our clients.

Q Ship Management operations continue, and our offices remain open, with the following measures in place:

- No more staff than 2 persons physically in the office;

- We work as much as possible from home;

- We have several travel restrictions in place for our staff;

- We refrain from physical meetings as much as possible;

- We strictly follow the instructions of officials in the countries where our offices are located.

We would especially like to thank our committed crew members on board and realize they are forced to stay longer on board in many cases due to the travelling bans. We would like to let them know that our thoughts are with them and their families at home.

Office Assistant Finance (m/v)

Door uitbreiding van onze vloot, zijn wij opzoek naar een office assistant finance die ons team komt versterken op korte termijn.

Omschrijving organisatie:

Q-Shipping B.V. is een scheepsmanagement bedrijf, gevestigd te Barendrecht, welke als kernactiviteit het beheer van droge ladingschepen, superjachten & containerschepen heeft.

In deze functie ondersteun je de afdeling finance.

De werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
• Telefoonaanname;
• Het inboeken van inkoopfacturen;
• Het inboeken van bankmutaties;
• Het te woord staan van leveranciers;
• Het bijhouden van cliëntendossiers;
• Het monitoren van autorisatiesoftware m.b.t. onze buitenlandse kantoren;
• Ontvangst van klanten & relaties;
• Bijhouden van agenda’s;
• Postverwerking;
• Scan- & kopieer werkzaamheden;
• Contact onderhouden met schepen;
• Andere voorkomende werkzaamheden.

Wij vragen:
• 0 – 3 jaar werkervaring;
• Nauwkeurig;
• Goede beheersing Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
• Stressbestendig;
• Bezit van Rijbewijs B is een pre;
• Overweg kunnen met MS office pakket;
• Minimaal een relevante afgeronde MBO-opleiding;
• Basiskennis c.q. interesse in de scheepvaart is een pre.
