Black Cadmium is the solo project of Rotterdam-based artist Joe Macnack —
a trailblazer in the Dutch underground whose sound bridges past, present, and future.
Rooted in Black rave culture and the rich club history of Rotterdam, he blends house, techno, UK bass, breaks and Afro-infused rhythms into a raw yet spiritual form of machine funk.
His sets move between deep groove, futuristic energy and emotional intensity, shaped by a strong connection to both the UK underground and Detroit’s electronic lineage.
