Dit weekend op de dakendagen staan we heerlijke stroopwafels te bakken, kom jij er ook eentje oppeuzelen? Uiteraard maken we onze wafels met lekkere smaakjes, zeezout, citroen en appelflap. Lekker met een kopje koffie van .coffee

Yesterday was our last day at the Fenix, and what a day it was! We’re so glad that so many of you came by, you filled an otherwise sad day with a lot of happiness ❤️ Major shoutout to every single person who’s ever worked at/with Stroop ❤️ Fenix, you’ve been a good home to us. Good luck Fenix I, we’ll come by to visit.
For now, we’re signing off, but keep an eye on our social media pages, you never know what the future might bring for our beloved Stroop Rotterdam.

Stroop Rotterdam was started by these wonderful people in 2013✨Since then much has changed. What remains, however, is the happy team spirit that has always made Stroop Rotterdam not only the source of the city’s best stroopwafels, but a real community. To all those who have ever worked and volunteered at Stroop over the years: thank you. Your enthusiasm and dedication has always been the core of this special place ❤️ The current team of koekenbakkers will be saying goodby to the Fenix shop on the 26th of January. In the next week and a half you will get to meet these terrific people through our upcoming posts, as we thank each and every one of them for their hard work, and the joy and friendship they’ve brought to Stroop and all of us.

Stock up! 🎁 The will be open until the 26th of January, so come on down, have some fresh wafels and take some home, stash them for a rainy day☀️🌧
Life-hack: Our packages wafels are good for one month after the day they were made, but if you put them in the freezer, they will last for months and months! Just pop them on top of a warm cup of ☕️ or give them a spin in the microwave, or if you have a few minutes, let them thaw on room temperature. Easy-peasy! 🤗
