Planning for a new FLOW sequence…in the wonderful
This one focused on idea of swing and momentum. So this one promises to be a very different experience from my current slower movement focus. This one at serve as the last sequence in the series for a while….

FLOW & FLEX // This evening I’ll be exploring both fluid transitions and passive postures, drawing attention to the practice of a triangular breathing practice. This breathing practice has been particularly present for me this week, also with my placement in the wonderful in Rotterdam too.

Yoga // Try to inform your practice from the inside. How does it feel to either explore the aligning of a posture in your own body ‘or’ drift between postures to understand the fluidity of a movement practice.
Worry less about what the exterior is doing and train your attention (Dharana) to take far more inspiration from sensation.
