Please be advised that there may be delays in the processing and delivery of shipments due to a newly issued directive by the Philippine Bureau of Customs, dated 16 June 2025.

As stated in the memorandum bellow, the Bureau of Customs now requires palletized X-ray inspection for all informal entry shipments, including balikbayan boxes. This is part of their enhanced security and anti-smuggling initiative following the recent seizure of illegal substances in a Pasig cargo warehouse.

We ask for your kind understanding and patience during this period as we comply with these updated customs procedures.
