від життя, визначеного ролями й обставинами,
до простоти, недіяння та звичайності.

Поговоримо про те, як навіть шлях пробудження
може непомітно ставати новою ідентичністю.

На зустрічі ми:
– дослідимо, де з’являється відчуття «це я»
– розрізнимо присутність як досвід і як позицію
– побачимо, як фіксація на станах і ролях породжує страждання
– торкнемось здатності помічати момент,
коли досвід перетворюється на «мене»

We will explore a map of the 7 stages of spiritual seeking —
from a life shaped by roles and circumstances
to simplicity, non-doing, and ordinariness.

We’ll look at how even the path of awakening
can quietly turn into a new identity.

In this gathering, we will:
– explore where the sense of “this is me” appears
– distinguish presence as an experience from presence as a position
– see how fixation on states and roles creates suffering
– touch into the ability to notice the moment
when experience turns into “me”
