Wrapping the week up with some HOP FRIDAY SNAPSHOTS💫🪩

A little over a month ago we wrapped up HOP Week 2025. From the Opening Ceremony to the final party, we watched thousands of new students dive into five unforgettable days packed with action.

Thank you to all the participants who joined and allowed us to be part of the very start of your journey here at Leiden University. Your energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm turned every event into something special, reminding us why HOP is such an integral beginning to student life here in the Hague.

We would also like to extend our gratitude to all the mentors who guided their groups throughout the week, to the crew who kept each event running smoothly, and to the mentor committee who solved problems before anyone even noticed. Your efficiency and dedication kept the week on track from start to finish.

Finally, a heartfelt thank-you to our wonderful Coordination Team and our coordinator, Rose, for their unwavering support and invaluable insights. Your experience and guidance helped us navigate every challenge, and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything you brought to HOP 2025.

Now, as HOP 2025 becomes another chapter in the story of HOP, stepping away feels bittersweet but we are excited to see what the next year will bring. Thank you to everyone who made this week possible, and best of luck to all the participants as you begin your academic adventures!
