Creating freedom

For me personally, I find it really hard to be persistent. Especially when you need to get stuff done without a deadline.

I think it has a lot to do with focussing on the outcome instead of the process. It feels overwhelming to start something if the “to do list” is very long and you don’t see the ending. The process is always hard, but you don’t get anywhere without any hard work.

What always works for me is to plan the day ahead and to end your day with something fun. If I lack the motivation, I tell myself that 5 minutes is enough and that will get me going, but as I said, I am still struggling with it
