We are proud to see our Civitas Economy low-floor buses in operation with TaunusFLEX in Germany! 🤩

Since December 2025, the Rheingau-Taunus-Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH (RTV) has been operating the on-demand service TaunusFLEX, replacing several fixed bus lines in Bad Schwalbach, Heidenrod and parts of Hohenstein during evenings, weekends and public holidays.

TaunusFLEX provides flexible, demand-driven mobility that can be easily booked via an app 🤳, connecting rural areas with main public transport routes and improving accessibility.

Our four Civitas Economy low-floor buses support this concept with step-free entry, fast boarding and full wheelchair accessibility, making inclusive public transport part of everyday mobility. In addition, one Mercedes-Benz Sprinter wheelchair accessible minibus with front entry is deployed to transport wheelchair passengers and provide extra services such as trips for daily errands.
