Leakage from the nozzle disrupted product flow. Initial assessments indicated a potential issue with the deflector plate. However, upon bundle inspection, the problem proved to be more severe than anticipated. The pipe plate was being eaten away, among other issues, necessitating the development of a comprehensive restoration plan.

Key actions taken:

- Repaired the first row of tubes
- Welded the corroded pipe plate
- Reinstalled the tubes, including the buffel plate
- Conducted rigorous testing
- Restored the ROM and nozzle

This project exemplified effective collaboration with our valued customer, spanning various organizational levels. We explored innovative ways to extend the heat exchanger's lifespan, showcasing the flexibility of all involved parties, including our transportation service and skilled painters.
