With our Entre2Rise partners, we recently gathered in Trikala, Greece, for our second Transnational Project Meeting as part of the Entre2Rise project—"From Stress to Success to Rise—Empowering Entrepreneurial Mental Health for a Stronger Future."

With the Entre2Rise project, we aim to strengthen the well-being of entrepreneurs by promoting mental health awareness and support within vocational education and training.

During the two-day meeting at the Tsitsanis Museum, we reviewed current achievements and planned upcoming milestones.

One of the main topics was the achievement of our first project result, including the development of successful entrepreneurial stories. We are pleased to share that we have now collected all success stories from Denmark, Bulgaria, Greece, and the Czech Republic, marking an important step from research to real-life experiences.

Ahead of the official release, we are excited to share a behind-the-scenes glimpse from Denmark, where CSR-Innovative Solutions had the pleasure of interviewing one of our co-working partners, whose story we are happy to share. It presents the journey of a Danish IT entrepreneur who experienced intense pressure and burnout due to constant responsibility and high self-expectations, but through professional support and reflection, managed to redefine success in a more sustainable and balanced way. The key takeaway from this story is that long-term success should not come at the cost of personal well-being—setting boundaries, recognising early signs of stress, and seeking support are essential for building a resilient and sustainable entrepreneurial path.

The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen collaboration, exchange ideas, and continue building innovative support tools for entrepreneurial mental health across Europe.

Today, CSR-Innovative Solutions participated in the Entre2Rise project management meeting with all partners, building on the momentum from our Kick-Off!

The Entre2Rise project is an Erasmus+ initiative dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs by improving mental health support and resilience through innovative AI-driven tools, education, and training for VET educators and learners.

We focused on the heart of our work right now, gathering valuable insights through surveys from three key groups:
• Entrepreneurs
• Learners
• Educators & Trainers

Our second online meeting for the ENTRE2RISE project brought together the minds and motivation behind the Erasmus+ initiative.

We dove deep into shaping the methodology that will guide our journey and mapped out the next steps for data collection, setting the stage for impactful insights into rural entrepreneurship across Europe.

💡 What is ENTRE2RISE all about?
This innovative project aims to enhance mental health support for entrepreneurs by integrating AI-driven stress management tools into VET education. Through the development of the AI EmpowerLearn platform, training for VET educators, and digital resources, we’re working to strengthen resilience, decision-making, and well-being among entrepreneurs.

We’re gearing up for our Kick-Off Meeting, where partners will meet in person for the first time—turning virtual teamwork into real-world synergy.

Big news from Denmark! Every great business starts with a strong mind. Today, CSR-Innovative Solutions is proud to announce our participation in our very first Erasmus+ project—ENTRE2RISE—From Stress to Success to Rise: Empowering Entrepreneurial Mental Health for a Stronger Future! 🚀

The project concept was created by the CSR-Innovative Solutions team, and the project application was written by us. We deeply value and trust our coordinating partners - Vysoká škola technická a ekonomická v Českých Budějovicích—who will lead the implementation with professionalism and dedication.

Today, we held our first online meeting with international partners from the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Poland, and Greece.

With success, we established a solid foundation for strong collaboration, clear responsibilities, and impactful results.

Together, we will work to:
✅ Develop the AI EmpowerLearn platform with stress management tools and an AI-powered chatbot.
✅ Provide training and resources for VET educators to better support entrepreneurs.
✅ Host national awareness events to highlight the importance of mental well-being in entrepreneurship.

Even though this is our first Erasmus+ project in Denmark, our team brings extensive experience in project management, platform development, mental health strategies, and sustainable entrepreneurship—and we are confident in the value and expertise we contribute to the consortium. 💪✨

📅 We can’t wait to meet all partners in Prague on December 4th for the official Kick-Off Meeting and to start building tools that will help entrepreneurs rise from stress to success!
