Volusense

Janusfabrikken is a local textile factory now celebrating its 120th anniversary. This woollen underwear manufacturer keeps reinventing itself - now together with VoluSense as our partner to produce medical smart vests in dedicated clean room facilities. Monica Mæland, the Norwegian Minister of Trade and Industry, cheerfully baptised the factory's new knitting machine - "Don't tell me I can't knit!"

Innovativt samarbeid I Janusfabrikken har de nylig etablert en steril produksjonslinje for en helt spesiell omslagsvest. Vi ble med da statsråd Monica Mæland (H) og industrikjempen Jens P. Heyerdahl, som bygde opp Orkla-konsernet, fikk en liten omvisning.

VoluSense Pediatrics is now in place at four hospital departments in Norway and the UK. We are getting great feedback and purchase enquiries are ticking in from around the world. VoluSense vests are produced as comfortable wrap-arounds at sizes suitable for preterm and term neonatal patients. The vests are designed to allow rapid access to the baby as needed.
