At the Life Science Building in Oslo, that’s not an option.
Even short interruptions can affect ongoing research, lab work and healthcare-related functions.
Despite this, power systems are often treated as a standard technical delivery, something expected to work without much attention.
In this DRUPS project, the approach was different. From the beginning, the focus was on reliability - ensuring operations continue even if the grid fails, not merely providing backup power 🔋
We are proud to have contributed to strengthening operational reliability in such a critical environment!
