Pasta Bolognese Sunday 🍝
Made from scratch with garlic, chili, shallots, red onion, fresh and dried tomatoes, canned tomatoes, olive oil, dried herbs and a dash of Balsamic vinegar. Mix with fried minced chicken and cook until tender. Cook premium pasta separately and top with freshly ground Parmesan ❤️🇮🇹
Remember, never compromise with cheap pasta.

Fresh cod with a mash of peas with basil accompanied by sweet potato fries, bacon and baby tomatoes. A nice Barbera topped it.
