As we are working on the body, we re-discover how feelings, sensations can be linked to specific body parts. The curious questions may arise, like: "How would it be if I could move and feel this body part a little more...?". My work with the body has been an ongoing pursuit in receiving answers to that question, and the magic is that the answer always feels fresh and revitalizing. The answer comes from the source where body awareness is born, and connecting with that source relaxes the body, the mind, the emotions, frees the heart and joins aliveness and peace into One...
