That’s why we’ve launched a new internal soft skills trainings initiative, starting with our leadership roles and soon expanding to all colleagues across the Romania competence center.

From building agility and resilience in a dynamic environment, to strengthening critical thinking, collaborative leadership and structured problem-solving, these sessions are designed to help us navigate change with clarity and confidence.
