As the winter holidays begin and another year winds to a close, we want to take a moment to recognize the hard and often selfless work of HR professionals around the world.

While the pandemic shut down closed offices and put non-urgent work on pause, HR was working in overdrive. In uncertain times it was HR's role to calm fears, answer questions, coordinate changing schedules, and try to keep up workplace morale.

And to the employees who were promoted to HR positions amidst the job position shuffle, thrown into the fire to learn by trial and error -- we see you too! Taking on new tasks with fresh enthusiasm and stepping into unknown territory.
