Polar plunge and bonfire🐻‍❄️🚶‍♂️

Join us this Sunday, 16th of March for a 🧊cold adventure❄️🤩❄️

We will for a plunge in Sognsvann (optional) and finish with the bonfire and (hopefully) some marshmallows. You can bring your own grill food and warm drinks! We'll fix the bonfire.

💂🏻‍♂️Dress code (optional and not compulsory): Your bathing suit and then some warm layers to put on, wool socks and a beanie to keep your head warm!

Hello everyone!

BISO Bathing is back on track and wanting to build a community of ice plunges lovers! That's why we have decided to host more events during the week; different time and place each one so anyone has to opportunity to join! 🤩

From this week forward we will be hosting ice plunges three days a week:
- Thursdays 10:45 at Nydalen (meeting at BI entrance)
- Fridays at 17:30 at Akker brygge (meeting at Nationaltheteret T, by the fountain)
- Sundays 11:00 at Sogsvann (meeting at Sogsvann metro station)
