Unfortunately, there was a technical issue with the payment terminal on Tuesday 19.05 at 16:03.
The customer and I were having a nice conversation together, so we unfortunately did not realize that there might be a problem with the payment terminal ❤️
The terminal also showed the error message in German, so I did not understand that the transaction had been declined.
There is no bad feeling or problem at all — I simply hope to get in contact so we can solve this in a friendly and positive way 😊
