We’re looking for a Technical Associate Project Manager who bridges communication between engineering, design, and business teams—someone who understands both the technical side of product development and the process of delivering it successfully.

🧩Position Overview
As a Technical Associate Project Manager, you’ll assist senior PMs and leads in managing software projects from concept to release.
You’ll be expected to understand technical requirements, manage sprints, track progress, and translate complex engineering details into clear deliverables for clients and stakeholders.

📋Key Responsibilities
✔️Collaborate with developers, designers, and AI/AR engineers to translate business goals into actionable technical tasks.
✔️Assist in planning, organizing, and executing Agile sprints and product releases using Shortcut, Jira, or similar tools.
✔️Create, maintain, and refine technical documentation, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
✔️Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; flag potential risks or bottlenecks early.
✔️Coordinate bug triage, QA testing cycles, and post-release improvements.
✔️Understand and discuss APIs, backend logic, database structures, and mobile/web architecture at a conceptual level.
✔️Communicate effectively between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity on requirements and expectations.
✔️Contribute to defining success metrics and performance KPIs for ongoing projects.

✅Requirements
✔️1–3 years of experience as an Associate PM, Technical Coordinator, or Developer with project coordination responsibilities.
✔️Basic understanding of backend APIs, mobile app architecture, or web technologies (Flutter, Node.js, React, etc.).
✔️Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
✔️Comfortable using tools like Shortcut/Jira, Notion, Figma, Slack, GitHub/GitLab, and Google Workspace.
✔️Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
✔️Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering (preferred).

🌟Bonus Skills
✔️Prior hands-on experience in development or QA.
✔️Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase) and APIs.
✔️Familiarity with version control, CI/CD, and error tracking tools (e.g., Sentry).
✔️Experience working with international teams or clients (U.S./Europe).
