MedEx Nursing

MedEx Nepal, a rapidly growing digital healthcare platform based in Kathmandu affiliated with MedEx Ventures in Bangkok, Thailand is looking for a qualified and passionate Staff Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license, and experience working with patients in a clinical setting.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care services such as wound dressing, administering injections and medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing other general nursing duties.
- Ensure that patient medical records are accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored.
- Develop nursing care plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
- Administer medications, observe reactions, and modify dosages according to patient condition.
- Promote overall patient health by communicating with other healthcare professionals.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing and current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- At least two years of experience working with patients in a clinical setting.
- Extensive knowledge of medical terminology and common health conditions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with computers and medical software programs.
- The capacity to manage multiple tasks, accurately organize priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential skills for this position.

Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
