VoBerry Technologies Pvt. Ltd. announces an opportunity for marketing and research interns to help in the development of its product; Antelope Nepal. This opportunity is for enthusiastic students and fresh graduates willing to utilise their skills and abilities in marketing and research.

This internship opportunity will enable you to put to use different marketing and research analysis tools to undertake a marketing research in the travel and IT industry.

**Location**: Sukhedhara

**Internship Period**: Maximum of 2 months.

This role will entail providing first line and second line technical support by telephone and remote access to clients’ computers. Successful candidates will provide a high level of customer service and support clients with clear instruction and diagnosis to ensure that issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Duties will include:
- Logging faults
- Responding to inquiries
- Resolving client software and hardware problems - Maintaining Technical
documentation
- Ownership of support calls

*Office time(UK working time): 2 PM to 10:30 PM*

Job Specification:

*Required:*

- Trouble Ticketing and technical support experience
- IT Support & Network Maintenance
- Windows Server knowledge as well well as experience in handling and maintenance
- Dedicated server knowledge as well as handling and maintenance experience
- CCNA trained or experienced.
- On-Premise and Cloud Server Solutions
- Fluent spoken English and written English required
- 1+ year experience in related IT field

*Preferred:*

- Troubleshooting experience
- ISP experience in tech support
- VPN setup and configuration knowledge
- Experience in VoIP
- Knowledge in Mail servers
- Office 365 knowledge.
