Our Vision

It all started in early 2019, when our current team came together to discuss about the human resource management in the context of Nepal. After Our months and series of intensive research we came to understand about the various scenarios prevalent about the Nepali Employment Market.

A perfect condition for the recruitment occurs whenever employer can get the right person and employee can find the right company for themselves. With this in mind, we envisioned ourselves to be a platform who will prioritized both of these sides equally. When this combination occurs, it can be of high value for both of our sections namely, Job providers and Job seekers. In order to do this, we worked out to generate a perfect blend of knowledge, technology and networking which can make us able to do so.

The company understands the different gaps prevalent in the various areas of Nepali business and employment market. So, we have also started job posting, different training and management consulting services which can help companies, employers and job seekers to fulfill these critical gaps as per their need.
