Sabina Shakya
An environmental science graduate and a wildlife conservationist and storyteller passionate about bridging science, nature, and people. She currently works as a Program Associate at Greenhood Nepal, where she engages in biodiversity conservation, environmental education, and community-focused initiatives. Her interests lie in the ecological and socio-economic dimensions of wildlife conservation, and her work has included research on species such as crocodiles and tigers, as well as broader studies on human– wildlife interactions. She believes that environment and conservation education should form the foundation of every innovation, and that inclusive, science-based storytelling can inspire meaningful conservation action.
