We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect/ Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating innovative and functional designs for office spaces, residences, and other architectural projects. You will play a key role in designing, leading, and executing projects while collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

*Create 2D/3D layouts, renderings, and technical drawings.
*Develop innovative and functional interior/architectural designs for office spaces, hotels and residences.
*Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
*Lead and mentor design teams, ensuring project objectives are met.
*Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure design implementation aligns with vision.
*Provide revisions and updates based on client feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

*Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
*Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design or a similar role.
*Knowledge of building codes, materials, finishes, and construction methods.
*Strong design and form-giving skills.
*Proven experience in interior design and/or architecture (portfolio required).
*Ability to translate client requirements into practical designs.
*Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max).
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
